We are Heidi and Peter Jacobson and live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia just an hour from Washington D.C. We have been involved in many aspects of dogs from 4-H dog project leaders, obedience, agility, conformation as well as serving on the Board of Directors and Co Show Chair at the Badger Kennel Club in Wisconsin. We are members of the Baltimore Maryland Shetland Sheepdog Club.

We have had the honor of being owned by many top dogs: Ch Acorn Darmil Hanky Panky, BISS CH Darmil All Dollars No Sense (Award of Merit winner at Westminster breeder owner handled, Eukanuba invitee), and BISS CH Jade Mist Darmil Stolen Moment (currently ranked #11 in 2010). We also are proud of our "Best on Couch" champions and our "Best in Chewy" champions.

At Darmil, we believe in quality not quantity and only have one or two well planned litters a year. We are proud to have been one of the top breeders in 2002.

Charlotte takes Winners Bitch and Best of Winners for 2 points at the St. Clairsville Kennel Club under breeder-judge Janet Turnage-Nahikian.

Danni is currently taking a break from shows while she chooses her new wardrobe for the Fall.

Danni takes Best of Breed the Bryn Mawr Kennel Club.

Danni takes Best of Breed and a Group 2 under breeder-judge Dr. Al Bianchi at the Skyline Kennel Club.

Danni is currently ranked #11 Breed and #15 All-breed in only 2 months.

Danni takes Back-to-Back Specialty Best of Breeds at the Cincinnati SSC shows and continued her winning ways with a Group 3! Thank you judges Katie Gammill and Dorothy Christiansen.

Danni takes Best of Breed and a Group 2 under breeder-judge Dorothy Christiansen at the Magic Valley Kennel Club.

Danni is currently ranked #13 in the country in very limited showing.

LA takes Best of Winners for her first point and Danni takes Best of Breed at the Beckley West Virginia KC.

Kissy didn't want Danni to have all the fun, and won Reserve Winner's Bitch at the St. Louis Specialty!
